With Healthbanc, the money you collect goes directly to you to be distributed. There are no deadlines or limits — each donation you receive is yours to keep. Raising money for yourself or a loved one has never been easier. You can also run a campaign with a Healthbanc healthcare provider. We suggest you run a campaign with a Healthbanc provider to be featured on our app but you are not required to.
We only charge whatever our credit card merchant charges we do NOT charge any platform fees compared to other sites who charge 5-10%.
Currently, we use a credit card merchant called “Stripe” and the fees are 2.9% plus 30c per donation.
Yes. Healthbanc makes it easy for another friend or family member to securely access the funds you have raised. Through Healthbanc, they will receive direct access to the money you have raised. Please note: You will not be able to enter their check or bank information during the withdrawal process they will need to do this themselves. It’s best to sign up using the EXACT name of whoever will withdraw the money as our payment processors will check bank account identification.
If you are raising funds for a beneficiary, we strongly recommend that they withdraw the funds directly, for these reasons:

Future donors will see your beneficiary is receiving the funds directly, further adding to your campaign's credibility.
Your beneficiary can easily set up automatic withdrawals and receive all funds directly To invite someone else to accept their donations, just select the 'Withdraw' button on your Dashboard and select the option for 'Someone Else' to withdraw. If you don't see this option, please contact our team. If you’ve considered these points and would still like to withdraw the donations, it’s best that you post an update on the campaign that explains:
How you are related to your beneficiary
That you will be withdrawing the funds in your name
How exactly you will be delivering the funds to your beneficiary
You will also need to email email@example.com to confirm all details.
NOTE THERE WILL BE A DELAY IN FUNDS WITHDRAWAL IF YOU CHOOSE A BENEFICIARY OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL CAMPAIGN ACCOUNT HOLDER.
When a campaign organizer adds a beneficiary, an email invitation is sent asking them to claim the beneficiary account. Once the beneficiary has accepted that invitation they will be asked to confirm their bank information. The beneficiary can then access the funds and request a withdrawal while still allowing the campaign organizer to manage all aspects of the campaign.
